Refund policy
Our supplier does not accept refunds unless the product is damaged, incorrect or missing. If an order shows no tracking information, remains in pending or in transit, or expires beyond 60 days for global, 45 days for the United States, and 110 days for Brazil. Our supplier will, at its discretion resend the product or issue a refund. Damaged products must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence to Zendrop. This is the same for missing or incorrect items. A full refund is available if the order is canceled before processing or shipping.
